As a Recruiter, your
responsibilities will include screening, testing and
interviewing candidates, matching the skills of candidates
to corporate client requirements, formatting candidate
resumes and preparing candidates for interviews as well
as informing clients of what to expect from your candidates,
negotiating salaries and job offers, increasing existing
business, and bringing in both new clients and new candidates.
This is a very fast-paced
office that requires the ability to manage high levels
of activity and multiple demands. Only highly organized
candidates with excellent time-management skills, excellent
written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment
