Staffing Industry IT Sales Representative
Andiamo! Group – A high energy staffing/recruiting firm is seeking a Sales Representative to develop new Staffing business for their Downtown San Francisco office in the area of IT.
You will be calling on businesses that have a need to hire IT professionals in a direct hire or consulting setting.
You will be spending 85% of your time on the phone identifying prospective clients, developing relationships, scheduling client visits and closing deals. 15% face-to-face in client visits.
You will be using your excellent phone skills and your ability to get to the decision-maker to sell yourself and Andiamo! Group.

Job Requirements
• You should have a track record of success in sales, ideally within the staffing industry. (Individuals with other relevant business-to-business sales experience will be considered).
• You must have excellent phone skills.
• You must be a hunter, who gets "jazzed by" and has a “passion for” making it happen and selling yourself and your candidates.
• You must have a knack for getting past the "gatekeeper" and talking to decision-makers.
• You must have a professional image and an upbeat and enthusiastic phone voice.
• You must be a seasoned business-to-business salesperson who understands how to handle rejection and who thrives on tenacity.
• You must have at least 1 year of outbound full cycle sales.
• You must have top-notch presentation skills and an understanding of how to penetrate and grow accounts.
• You must be willing to, and should enjoy, being in the field, networking and doing face-to-face cold-calling as the need arises.
